The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) is dedicated to promoting good governance, compliance, and effective dispute resolution within community schemes across South Africa.

Following the success of our inaugural Indaba in August 2023, we are thrilled to announce the Second CSOS  Indaba, focused on scheme verification, registering new schemes, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Meet our Host Ms. Penny Lebyane

Penny Lebyane, is a prominent South African media personality known for her work as a radio DJ, television host, and presenter. She gained widespread recognition as a DJ on Metro FM and as a judge on M-Net’s Idols SA. Beyond her media career, Penny is also an entrepreneur, running her own media company, and is actively involved in charity and volunteer work
